Items not covered by tuition

Lunch:  

  • Arlington Campus:  Monclovas Catering provides a variety of fresh, healthy lunch options for students from Pre-K through 12th grade.  Meals are priced between $4.00 and $5.00.
  • Mansfield Campus:  The PCA Café serves students from Pre-K to 5th grade. The Café offers a variety of lunch options each day. Meals are priced between $3.75 and $5.00. Meals are pre-ordered by the parents in advance. One outside vendor (Oliver’s Fine Foods, Chick-Fil-A, McDonald’s, or Trio’s Pizza Pasta) delivers lunch daily.

Before and After-School Care: This care is provided for students 4 years and older through 8th grade on days when school is in session.

Athletics, Cheerleading & Dance Team:   Admission to athletic games varies by sport. Cheerleaders and Dance Team must pay for their own uniforms and camp costs.

Uniforms: Uniforms are required for all students in Pre-Kindergarten through Grade 12. Uniforms are purchased from a local uniform provider.

Supplies: With the exception of most textbooks, school supplies are the responsibility of the student. School supply lists will be available online and in the Academy offices by the end of May.

Summer Academy: PCA Summer Academy is an 8-week summer camp, held at the Arlington campus, for students PK through the 5th grade.  Campers may register for any portion of the eight weeks offered, and daily rates are also available. This camp provides campers with a safe and fun-filled summer in a Christian environment.

Miscellaneous: Other activities which are fee-based may include some field trips, Middle School and High School year-end trips, school pictures, band, drama, art, yearbooks, dual-credit classes, and some pre-college testing. All fees associated with your child’s participation will be enumerated at the time the student participates. Costs and payment schedules will be released for these activities during the year.
