PCA Re-Enrollment for 2010-11

Welcome to the re-enrollment process for the 2010-11 school year. We hope this will be an easy and convenient way for you to re-enroll your child. If you have any questions about the following process please contact Nancy Palavicini at nancyp@pantego.com or at 817-460-3315 ext. 1204.


Re-enrollment is a 4 step process:

1. Complete the online process in RenWeb.

2. After receiving an email from the Registrar letting you know your contract is ready, come to the Registrar's office to sign Contract of Enrollment.  No fees are collected at this time. 

3.  Using information from your Contract of Enrollment, go online to FACTS Tuition Management to set up your account and pay your PCA and FACTS registration fees.  You cannot setup your FACTS account without information from your Contract.

4.  The Registrar will verify that the FACTS setup is complete, all amounts are correct, and the registration fee has been paid.  An email will be sent to you confirming that your registration is complete and your student is enrolled.

All 4 steps must be completed before you will be considered enrolled.
We cannot guarantee your child's spot after Feb. 16th when we open enrollment to the public.

Important Deadlines:
Feb 12th last day for early enrollment discount.
Feb 16th open enrollment to the public.
March 1st deadline for completion of tuition aid applications.
